General

What does The Pretzelry specialize in? How do you say your name?

The Pretzelry specializes in dang good Philly style soft pretzels, and soon other pretzel products (Dippers, bites, traditional).

Bakery + Pretzel = Pretzelry

How does shipping work? (PLEASE READ!)

We have flat rate shipping of $15 with free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

We ship with either UPS or Fedex.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or via USPS.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we only ship Monday-Thursday, depending on location and transit times, so if you order on a Thursday-Sunday, it may not ship out until the following week.

We do not ship with any ice packs, so the pretzels will arrive thawed, which is normal.  If you don't intend on enjoying them right away, place the pretzels into the freezer for long-term keeping, up to 6 months

Feel free to reach out with any questions!

How do the pretzel kits work?

Our pretzel kits are perfect if you’re not in our local Denver area, or in Philly and can’t get pretzels like you used to in Philly.

The kits include 5, pre-baked and unsalted pretzels with salt on the side and a mini-spray bottle (in the box). Reheating instructions are included.

They start the journey frozen, and thaw out in transit. Feel free to stick them into the freezer upon receiving the pretzels. If not, they can stay on the counter for 1-3 days upon delivery, before they lose their freshness and grow mold. (Tried and tested).

We ship with UPS Ground, and ship orders placed one week (Sunday-Saturday) the following week.

What IS a Philly Pretzel, anyways?

If you're from Philly, then you know, but in case you didn't...

The Philly Pretzel is a traditional pretzel but shaped in a figure-8 and baked in chains of 5-10 at a time. Why? Well, back in the 1850's, pretzel bakers that came to Philadelphia from Germany had to figure out how to bake as efficiently as possible, so they squished them together, and the Philly Pretzel was born!

We like to say they're a pretzel born out of the necessity of efficiency.

Do you have a store front?

Not yet! We are now working out of a fulfillment only warehouse, focusing on e-commerce growth.  We hope to open a store front by Summer of 2026 just outside of Denver.  Stay tuned to our socials for future announcements!

Are your pretzels made by machine?

Yes and no. As of January 2025, we purchased a more modern piece of equipment that allows us to have more efficiency and hand-twist more pretzels in less time.

What are your hours?

Because we don't have a store front, we operate when you need us. If you need pretzels catered in Denver at any time*, we are available.

*Just need a minimum 72-hour preorder*

Do you offer catering?

Yes! We cater for the Denver area! Check out our catering tab. Catering is available for pickup only and you must order a minimum 72-hour

Where are you located?

Because we operate as a wholesale kitchen without a store front, we don't generally share our address due to sharing the space with other businesses to avoid confusion.

But generally speaking, we are just I-25 in Denver.

What are your ingredients?

All of our pretzels except the Philly Soft Pretzels, use non-bleached, unbromated flour and no preseratives.

The Philly Soft Pretzels are made by our partner, Center City Pretzel Company, and they have a recipe steeped in tradition.  Their ingredients include standard enriched and bleached flour, yeast, and water.  *We are working with them for the near future to produce pretzels with better flour*
