Shipping policy

Any order placed one week (Sunday-Saturday) will be shipped the following week, Monday-Wednesday.  We typically ship with UPS Ground shipping, which can take up to 4 days, not including weather delays. Rest assured, any shipments with a longer shipping time (4+days), we will ensure the pretzels are properly insulated (Pretzels will still thaw, insulation just helps keep them temperate.

Typical shipping times (From Colorado)

Colorado: 1 Business Day

West Coast: 2-3 business days

Midwest: 2-3 business days

East Coast: 3-4 business days

Because we don't use preservatives or mold inhibitors , and we can't control outside events, there are times when packages can get too hot in a truck or plane, and mold growth could occur.  If this happens, PLEASE reach out to us and we will make it right, 100% of the time!  

SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA POLICY:  $30 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail.  Not valid for free shipping due to extended shipping distance and time.
