Refund policy
Our return/refund policy is on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a refund/new order, please let us know what happened. We will consider a refund/send a new order if the pretzels are moldy upon receiving them. We will not refund if the pretzels are left in the refrigerator.

If your refund/new order is accepted, we’ll send you a refund or a new tracking number for the new order. We will not accept any returns sent to us without having an email sent to us first.
